August Meeting

A meeting of Big Sky Beekeepers will be held at 6:00pm on Thursday, August 8, 2019 at the club apiary, located in front of Ten Spoon Winery, 4175 Rattlesnake Drive in Missoula.  We will discuss what to look for in late summer hive inspections, when and how to harvest honey, when and how to start fall feeding, and treatment options for Varroa mites.  We may be inspecting some of the hives in the club apiary, so bring your bee suit and a hive tool if you would like to participate.
