A meeting of Big Sky Beekeepers was held at 6:00pm on Thursday, March 8 in the conference room at Westside Lanes in Missoula.  Alyssa Piccolomini, Entomologist for the Montana Department of Agriculture, and Loren Stormo, President of Beekeepers of the Bitterroot and member of Big Sky Beekeepers, provided us with a wealth of current information on Varroa mites and how to control them.  The meeting was very informative and attendance was high.
